Herbal Wellness Consultation

Your initial herbal consultation begins with a questionnaire followed by an in-depth conversation about current and past health issues. Tongue and face diagnostics are performed to further this inquiry and examine tissue states. An herbal formula is prepared or recommended for immediate use. After we meet, you will receive a detailed email outlining the herbs that have been recommended, helpful lifestyle suggestions, and treatment plan. Duration is 60-90 minutes.

$250 and includes a 20 minute follow up session to ensure progress.

Follow up consultations include a thorough check-in, face and tongue diagnostics, and allow for adjustments to your formula that may be needed as the body shifts. Change is good! Duration is 30-45 minutes.

An acute consultation is a one hour session designed to help with recovery from a singular and quick onset of illness. For a chronic condition with multiple symptoms a full initial consultation is required.

Pet Wellness Consultation

Cat or dog consultations are available for your furry friends too! Animals respond very well to herbal medicine and plants can be helpful with many different issues ranging from chronic hot spots, anxiety, iatrogenic conditions caused by overuse of steroids or antibiotics and more!

We will discuss your pet’s symptoms, health history, and form a plan for treatment. I will create or recommend an herbal formula, educate on ways to easily administer, and may provide a recipe for you to make at home. Afterwards, you will receive an email outlining my suggestions to refer to when needed.

A diagnosis by a licensed veterinarian is generally required for non psychological conditions to confidently assess which herbs are appropriate. These sessions last thirty minutes to one hour.

Sharing knowledge has always been a passion of mine! I love seeing the success that my students have achieved and how learning about herbs truly transforms lives. My approach is organized, interactive, and packed with information. I appreciate that folks have different learning styles and I incorporate visual and hands-on tools whenever possible.

I have decades of experience teaching people of all ages and abilities, beginning in the late 90’s at Slide Ranch where I taught environmental education. Since then I have been a core faculty member at both The Berkeley Herbal Center and Verse teaching herbal certification programs. I have curated classes for schools and businesses such as San Francisco State University, Scarlet Sage, 18 Reasons, Stork’s Skin Therapy, Atlassian, as well as various community organizations, and private households. I have led herb walks, taught corporate wellness and team building workshops, supplemented homeschool curriculum, educated staff about botanicals used in store products, led medicine making classes, created curriculum for long term courses, facilitated educational retreats, and more! I have experience teaching online using Zoom as well as in person.
